That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CSD23-009, dated May 8, 2023 of the Commissioner, Community Services as follows: That, respecting the Licence Agreement between the City and The Peterborough Agricultural Society, Staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report CSD23-009, dated May 8, 2023, from the Commissioner, Community Services.
