Council approved the following at the meeting of December 1, 2025; a) That Section 3.9, Exceptions, of the Zoning By-law 97-123 be amended by adding Exception Number 376 in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Appendix D to Report IPGPL25-058; and b) That the subject property be rezoned from PS.2 – Public Service District to R.5- 376 – Residential District in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Appendix D to Report IPGPL25-058.
