c) That Schedule E, Parking Area Map of By-law 1997-123 be replaced with Schedule E, Parking Area Map attached hereto as Appendix B of Report IPGPL25- 002, amended to change the three areas, as identified in the Staff Presentation, from Area 5 to Area 3.
