That the recommendations be amended by adding the following: b) That staff be directed to report on the feasibility to use lands owned by the City of Peterborough for social housing and, c) That the report investigate the use of the parkway corridor between Hilliard and Chemong and the possibility of selling existing housing to offset the development cost of new housing in this corridor.
