That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report MOCOM26-002, dated May 25, 2026 of the Commissioner Municipal Operations as follows: a) That the recommended Pilot Windrow Removal Subsidy Program be approved for the 2026-2027 winter season; b) That a budget of $45,000 be pre-committed for the 2027 budget withing the Public Works budget to deliver the Program; c) That the volunteer snow removal program, Snow Angels be initiated by the City; and d) That Staff be directed to report back to Council on the success of the 2026/2027 Program in early 2027.
