That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL25-059, dated December 1, 2025, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: That Council deny the request for Draft Plan of Condominium File 15CDM-25501 on the basis that it is not consistent with the Provincial Planning Statement, 2024 (PPS) and that it does not conform with Policies 5.2.5 a. iv. and 5.2.5 c. of the City Official Plan.
