In light of recent litigation having been commenced by the Ontario Aboriginal Housing Support Services Corporation (OAHSSC) against the City of Peterborough, and approximately 200 other municipalities, that Report CSSS26- 004 be referred back to staff and brought forward on the same date as Council considers a report on the OAHSSC litigation.
