That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CSACH22-011, dated July 4, 2022 of the Commissioner of Community Services, as follows: a) That the Service Agreement between the City of Peterborough and the Electric City Culture Council including deliverables, financial reporting process, and program measurements be extended for an additional two years (2023-2024);
