That Council approve as follows: a) That the proposed Terms of Reference to establish a Traffic Technical Working Group (“TTWG”), attached as Appendix A to Report IPGENG26-001, be approved; and b) That the draft By-law, attached as Appendix B to Report IPGENG26-001, be passed; and, c) That the Co-Chairs of the Operations Portfolios be included as part of the Working Group.
