That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CAOPC24-008, dated June 17, 2024 of the Chief Administrative Officer as follows. That the Minutes of Settlement between the City and CUPE 126 dated June 3, 2024 that sets out new terms for a Collective Agreement covering the three-year period January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026, be approved.
