That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL24-011, dated June 3, 2024, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management (Acting) as follows: That Section 6.1 of the Zoning By-law be amended in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Exhibit A to Report IPGPL24-011.
