That Council approves the recommendations outlined in Report CAOPC26-002, dated April 13, 2026 of the Director, People & Culture as follows: a) That the proposed plan for DEI and anti-racism training for all Members of Council and City staff as outlined in this report be received for information; b) That Council endorses the Inclusion Framework and Outcomes, attached as Appendix A, as the key approach for implementing and measuring DEI work at the City, and direct staff to support and report on this work; and, c) That Council approve the proposed amendments to the Council Code of Conduct as outlined in this report, in addition to Report LSCLK26-011 (attached).
