That the General Committee approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPGPL25-036, dated August 25, 2025, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: a) That Report IPGPL25-036 regarding the Cash-in-Lieu of Parking Policy be received; and, b) That the Cash-in-Lieu of Parking Policy be adopted by Council in accordance with the draft Policy attached as Appendix A of Report IPGPL25-036.
