That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CAOPC24-003, dated April 8, 2024 of the Chief Administrative Officer as follows: That the Minutes of Settlement between the City and CUPE 504 dated March 7, 2024 that sets out new terms for a Collective Agreement covering the three-year period January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026, be approved.
