That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPGACP24-025, dated October 28, 2024 of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: a) That Report IPGACP24-025, including the attached draft Site Alteration By-Law, be received for information; b) That Staff proceed with public consultation on a proposed Site Alteration By- Law; and c) That Staff return in 2025 with a final version of the By-Law for adoption by Council, including a summary of feedback received during the public consultation period.
