That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report MOPW25-014, dated June 23, 2025, of the Commissioner of Municipal Operations as follows: a) That $580,000 be transferred from the Tree Removal By-law Planting Program (2025 Capital budget #22-018) to the GCCC Tree Planting project (2025 Capital Budget #25-088); b) That $955,900 be transferred from the Derecho Tree Replacement project (2024 Capital Budget #25-003) be allocated to the GCCC Tree Planting project (2025 Capital Budget #25-088); and c) That $321,100 be pre-committed against the 2026 Capital Budget for the FCM GCCC Tree Planting project (2025 Capital Budget #25-088).
