That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSOCS25-012, dated August 5, 2025 of the Commissioner Legislative Services as follows: That staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSOCS25- 012 dated August 5, 2025 of the Commissioner Legislative Services respecting the disposition and road widening of 1529 and 1533 Sherbrooke Street, Peterborough.
