That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report FCSERM26-001, dated January 12, 2026, of the Commissioner of Finance and Corporate Support Services as follows: That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement with Ontario Power Generation substantially in the form attached as Appendix A and on terms acceptable to the CAO and in a form acceptable to the City Solicitor.
