That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report FCSFS25-012, dated June 23, 2025, of the Commissioner, Finance & Corporate Support Services as follows: That Report FCSFS25-012, advising Council that a public meeting will be held on August 5, 2025, at 4:45 pm in Council Chambers to present the Amended City- wide Development Charge Background Study and to hear public delegations, be received.
