That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL24-032, dated December 2, 2024, of the Commissioner, Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management and the City Solicitor as follows: That, respecting an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal filed by EcoVue Consulting Services Inc. on behalf of Peterborough Action for Tiny Homes (PATH) regarding 385 Lansdowne Street East (File Number: Z2408), staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Report IPGPL24-032.
