That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CAO21-007, dated December 13, 2021, of the Chief Administrative Officer, as follows: That Michael Papadacos be appointed as Interim Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services for the City of Peterborough as of January 5, 2022.
