That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL26-010, dated February 2, 2026, of the Commissioner, Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: a) That the recommendation from the Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee (PACAC) be received; and b) That the property at 314 Carnegie Avenue be removed from the City’s Heritage Register.
