That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL25-033, dated June 23, 2025, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management and of the City Solicitor as follows: That, respecting an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal filed by Aird & Berlis LLP on behalf of the County of Peterborough regarding City Council’s Notice of Intention to Designate 470 Water Street under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report IPGPL25-033.
