That city staff immediately provide the October 31, 2024 Letter of Objection and accompanying documents from J&J Developments’ solicitor regarding the Intent to Designate 1400 Monaghan Rd, to PACAC (Peterborough Architectural Advisory Committee) for its review and recommendation to council based on its jurisdiction on all matters related to the OHA and as per Peterborough By-Law Number 22-088, Schedule A6.
