That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CSSS22-020 dated June 13, 2022 of the Commissioner, Community Services, as follows: a) That the KPMG Business Case attached as Appendix A to Report CSSS22-020 dated June 13, 2022 of the Commissioner, Community Services (June 13 Report), be adopted as the business case study pursuant to section 6 of O.Reg. 599/06 for the purposes of incorporating a municipal services corporation (MSC) for the management and construction of affordable housing; and b) That the Asset Transfer Policy attached as Appendix B to the June 13 Report be adopted pursuant to section 7 of O.Reg. 599/06.
