That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CLSHR23-003 dated March 6, 2023 of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services as follows: That the COVID-19 Workplace Vaccination Policy as attached in Appendix A to Report CLSHR23-003 dated March 6, 2023, be rescinded.
