That item o) be amended as follows: o) That Council direct staff to develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) by Q2 2027 to ensure that field-verified natural heritage features, including those readily identified and evaluated by a qualified professional, and peer reviewed as deemed appropriate are documented, mapped and integrated into the CPP By-law's Environmental Protection precinct through periodic city-initiated amendments.
