That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CSFS26-002, dated June 1, 2026 of the Commissioner of Community Services as follows: a) That funds in the amount of $690,000 be pre-committed for Capital Project (Q# 20 166 WBS# PFS/0002) Fire Apparatus Replacement Additions in 2027 to award the project for the purchase of one Articulating Aerial Fire Pumper Vehicle; and b) That Request for Proposal RFP-21-26, be awarded to City View Specialty Vehicles Inc., 5945 Ambler Dr. Mississauga, Ontario L4W 2K2 at a cost of $4,084,000 plus HST of $530,920 for a total of $4,614,920.
