Due to their previously declared interests, Councillors Duguay and Bierk did not discuss or vote on the following by-laws. That the following by-laws, 26-015 Being a By-law to amend the Zoning By-law for the lands municipally known as 195, 199, 203, 209, 215 and 223 Crescent Street; 131-133 and 137 Lake Street; and 362 George Street South 26-016 Being a By-law to adopt Amendment 9 to the Official Plan of the City of Peterborough for the lands municipally known as 195, 199, 203, 209, 215 and 223 Crescent Street; and 131-133 and 137 Lake Street be approved.
