That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CSD22-008, dated July 4, 2022, of the Commissioner of Community Services as follows: a)That the presentation by Arising Collective on the Community Safety and Well- being Plan be received; b)That the Community Safety and Well-being Plan be endorsed; and c)That this Report be submitted to the Solicitor General of Ontario as the City’s final submission of the Community Safety and Well-being Plan.
