That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPSPL23-030, dated October 2, 2023, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services as follows: That the subject property be rezoned from R.1 – Residential District to R.2, 10m, 16j – Residential District, in accordance with the draft amendment attached as Exhibit ‘C’ to Report IPSPL23-030.
