That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL23-001, dated October 10, 2023, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management (Acting) as follows: a) That Report IPGPL23-001 be received for information. b) On page 186 of the report, the word “rules” be changed to “guidelines”.
