That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL26-015, dated February 17, 2026, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: That a $375,000 budget amount for each of the 2027 and 2028 Capital budgets for the Coldspring Growth Area – Planning Studies be pre-committed.
