That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CAO24-004, dated June 17, 2024 of the Chief Administrative Officer as follows: That staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report CAO24- 004 dated June 17, 2024 of the Chief Administrative Officer respecting a proposed transfer to the City of water assets and operations, information technology assets and operations and the Riverview Park & Zoo.
