That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPGPL24-007, dated April 22, 2024, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management (Acting) as follows: a) That Section 3.9, Exceptions of Zoning By-law 1997-123 be amended to add Exception 365, which identifies site-specific regulations for the development of 1113 Clonsilla Avenue in accordance with the Draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Exhibit D of Report IPGPL24-007; and, b) That the subject property be rezoned from R.1, 1m, 2m – Residential District to R.5-365 – Residential District in accordance with the Draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Exhibit D of Report IPGPL24-007.
