Receive Fairhaven 2024 budget; increase capital project

That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report FCSSFS23-005, dated November 15, 2023 of the Commissioner of Finance and Corporate Support Services as follows: a) That the budget details presented to the November 15, 2023 Finance Committee by Fairhaven for the 2024 Budget be received for information, and b) That any adjustments to the City’s portion of Fairhaven’s 2024 Budget be netted against the City’s 2024 General Contingency provision. c) That Council increase the $259,000 Fairhaven capital project (ref #18-023) by an amount of $171,000, for a total of $430,000 in 2024, to be funded by $166,000 from Fairhaven reserve and $5,000 from Capital Levy reserve.
