That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPGACP25-024 dated September 15, 2025, of the Commissioner, Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: a) That the Site Alteration By-Law, as attached in Appendix A, be passed; and b) That Fees and Charges By-law 24-084 be amended by adding the Fee Schedule included in Table 1 of Report IPGACP25-024.
