Postponing Parkhill Road resurfacing pending short-term improvement options

That the report be received for information, and that, Whereas the segment of Parkhill Road From Medical Drive to Wallis Drive is due for life-cycle maintenance under the pavement preservation program and the Transportation Master Plan has identified this corridor for future study to determine long-term improvements: On approval of Budget Item #22-020, that staff postpone the resurfacing of the segment of Parkhill Road from Medical Drive to Wallis Drive, and report back during the 2025 Budget on the potential short-term improvements that can be included with a future resurfacing project, with consideration for the long-term improvements required for the corridor, and that $125,000 be transferred from Capital Project #22-020 to a new capital project to initiate this work.
