That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSCLK25-016, dated August 25, 2025, of the City Clerk, on behalf of the Citizen Appointment Selection Working Group, as follows: That staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSCLK25- 016, dated August 25, 2025, of the City Clerk on behalf of the Citizen Appointments Selection Working Group, respecting 2024 Civic Awards for Youth Volunteer of the Year, the Holnbeck Award and a Community Betterment Award.
