That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CLSRS23-007, dated May 1, 2023 of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services as follows: That, respecting the property known municipally as 1 Montague Court staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report CLSRS23-007 dated May 1, 2023 of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services.
