That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL26-026, dated May 25, 2026, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management and City Solicitor as follows: That staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report IPGPL26- 026 dated May 25, 2026, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management and the City Solicitor respecting an appeal filed to the Ontario Land Tribunal by the property owner regarding 359 Hunter Street West.
