That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPGPL25-030, dated June 23, 2025 of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: a) That a new Section 401 be added to the Zoning By-law 1997-123, consisting of Special District 371 (SP.371), in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Appendix C to report IPGPL25-030; and b) That the subject properties be rezoned from SP.241-184 – Commercial District, SP.241-184-H – Commercial District and R,1, R.2, R.3 – Residential District to SP.371 – Commercial District, in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Appendix C to report IPGPL25-030.
