That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSCLK24-018, dated December 2, 2024, of the City Clerk, on behalf of City of Peterborough Holdings Inc as follows: That Ruth Uy and Tareq Zabet be appointed to the COPHI Board for a three-year term commencing January 1, 2025, and expiring December 31, 2027.
