That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CLSCLK22-028 dated December 5, 2022, of the City Clerk, on behalf of the Peterborough Downtown Business Improvement Area Board, as follows, as amended: That Jason Wilkins, Joe Reese, Laura Montague, Madeleine Hurell, Mark Million, Michael Cherney, Neil Hannam, Nigel Lister, Paul Hurley, Sacha Lai-Svirk and Tiffany Arcari be recommended for approval to the Peterborough Downtown Business Improvement Area Board of Management, for a term from December 14, 2022 to November 14, 2026.
