That staff consider; that Pilot Area #1 of the On-Street Parking Permit Pilot be extended north, to include a Zone 4: from Weller Street to McDonnel Street, including Murray Street, Hopkins Avenue, and the intervening residential streets; And, that staff adjust permit eligibility and quantities accordingly within the pilot program.
