That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CSD24-004, dated November 18, 2024, as amended, as follows: a) That Report CSD24-004 be received for information; b) That funding be provided, from General Revenues, in the amount of a $500,000 interest-free loan to be paid back over 10 years to assist with securing matching funding through other sources. c) That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign any required agreement(s) with Showplace associated with this report on terms satisfactory to the Commissioner of Community Services and in forms acceptable to the City Solicitor.
