That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CSSS22-028 dated September 12, 2022 of the Commissioner of Community Services as follows: a)That the Shareholder Report SH2022-002 and the Peterborough Housing Corporation 2021 Annual Report, attached as Appendix A, be approved; b)That the Shareholder Report SH2022-001 and the Peterborough Housing Corporation Audited Financial Statements 2019, 2020 and 2021, attached as Appendix B, be approved; and, c)That Baker Tilly LLP be appointed as auditors for the year ending at the close of the next annual meeting of the shareholder.
