That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report FCSFS25-034 dated November 3, 2025, of the Commissioner of Finance and Corporate Support Services, as follows: That the draft 2026 Budget document presentation at the meeting held on November 3, 2025, be received and the document be reviewed in detail during the General Committee meetings scheduled on November 17 & 18, 2025.
