That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSRS26-002, dated January 12, 2026, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services as follows: That, respecting a proposed land acquisition, staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSRS26-002 dated January 12, 2026, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services.
