That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPGPL25-024, dated May 12, 2025 of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: a) That a new Section 400 be added to the Zoning By-law 1997-123, consisting of Special District 370 (SP.370), in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Appendix D to report IPGPL25-024; and b) That the subject property be rezoned from D.1 – Development District to SP.370 – Commercial District in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Appendix D to report IPGPL25-024.
